Leaky doors that don’t close properly are a no-no. Weather stripping is so easy nowadays with all the products on the market. If you have kids and pets, I would recommend a pet door. Watching your youngster stand in the open doorway for five minutes calling Rover is like watching your bank account dwindle. |
